Pumpkin Spiced Whipped Ricotta
 

  INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup whole milk ricotta 

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (can choose sugar-free)

 DIRECTIONS

 1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Enjoy warm or chilled.
