Festive Cheese Ball 

  INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 bunch small green onions (thinly sliced), roots discarded

  • 2 ounces diced jarred pimentos (drained)

  • 2 tablespoons softened butter

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 

   DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in an electric mixer and beat on medium-high until well combined.

  2. Refrigerate for an hour.

  3. Form mixture into a ball and serve with non-starchy vegetable like peppers or cucumbers.
